Location: 20 to 35 miles east of Las Vegas
Directions: To north region: Lake Mead Boulevard (147), to Northshore Drive. Turn left on
Northshore Drive. To central region: Lake Mead Boulevard (147), to Northshore Drive. Turn right on Northshore
Drive. To southern region: Take Highway 93/95 to Boulder City. Make a left at the second stop light onto south 93.

Visitor Center: Open 8:30am to 4:30pm. (702) 293-8990
Fee: $10.00 entrance fee per car for some of the day hikes depending on the location of the trailhead.
Good for seven days. All National park passes accepted.
Permits: None needed for day hiking.
Camping: $10 per night. Boulder Beach, Las Vegas Wash, Callville Bay, Echo Bay, and Temple Bar.
Near Lake Mohave: Cottonwood Cove and Katherine.
Elevation range: 1,200 feet (371 m) to 5,639 feet (1,718 m)
Size: 1.5 million acres (includes Lake Mead)
Hikes: < half a mile to 15 miles.
Dogs: Must be on a leash.
Horses: No designated trails, but okay.
Bikes: Yes, but the roads are very narrow.
Mountain bikes: Allowed on the numerous back country roads.
Firearms: Hunting allowed in designated signed areas. No target practicing.
Gasoline: Boulder City
